Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026. Your data stays in your browser — we never collect your calculator inputs.
Introduction
Agricalc ("we", "our", or "us") operates the agricalc.online website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.
We take your privacy seriously. Our core principle is simple: your calculator inputs never leave your browser. All calculations are performed locally on your device using JavaScript, and we do not store, transmit, or collect any values you enter.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information to operate and improve our services:
Usage Data
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymousage statistics, including pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location (country/region level). This data is not personally identifiable and is used solely to improve our website.
Calculator Inputs
We do NOT collect any calculator inputs. All calculations are performed locally in your browser using JavaScript. The numbers you enter (field area, fertilizer rates, livestock counts, etc.) never leave your device. Even if you use the share feature, the data is encoded in the URL you choose to share — we do not store it.
Your favorite calculators and calculation history are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can clear this datat any time through your browser settings.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for website functionality and analytics cookies for usage statistics. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work optimally.
PWA Offline Data
If you install our Progressive Web App, website files are cached locally on your device for offline use. This cache contains only static website files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) — no personal data.
